For separate events, both the volleyball and cross country teams will be spending time in the Battle Creek area Saturday for competitions.
The Cereal City Volleyball Tournament, hosted by Pennfield High School, will be played at various venues around the city.
"It's going to be interesting," senior Taylor Johnston said.
Meanwhile, the cross country runners will be competing in the Harper Creek Invitational.
"This meet is where a lot of people set personal records," sophomore Noel West said. "Everyone's excited. We have locker signs."
