Winter strength traing program to begin Nov. 26


Off season athletes are you ready to workout?
 
A Unified Weight Training Program will start on Monday, Nov. 26.  It is sponsored and organized by the Athletic Department and coaches.
 
Any athlete grades 7 thru 12 in any sport!!
 
We will meet by the high school cafeteria at 2:45pm Monday after Thanksgiving Break (Monday, Nov. 26).
 
The program will run on Mondays and Fridays from 2:45pm to 4pm. Wednesdays from 1:45pm to 3pm.
 
Questions or concerns stop into the Athletic Office.
