The varsity soccer team defeated #6 ranked Haslett last night in a
penalty kick shootout in the CAAC tournament.
The score was tied at 2-2
in regulation play with goals by Payton Wheeler and Mitchell Palmer.
Five Panthers put the ball in the goal in the shootout. They are Gene
Jones, Brennan Joesph, Devin Cole, Mitchell Palmer and Payton Wheeler.
Haslett put all four of theirs in but AJ Thomson made the winning save
on their final kicker to win the game.
The Varsity will play tomorrow
night home against Holt.
