JV soccer beats Eaton Rapids

Andrew Hughes and Liam O'Neil combined for a shut-out Monday night at home against the Greyhounds of Eaton Rapids as the JV boys soccer team beat the CAAC opponent, 2-0.
The win came off a weekend of well-played soccer that unfortunately resulted in 0-1 losses to DeWitt and Mason.
In the game against Eaton Rapids, Evan Shaw opened the scoring for the Panthers in the first half off an assist from Brayden Heerlyn. Jacob Ladwig and Dillon Lee each received credit for the second goal as they simultaneously knocked the ball into the back of the net late in the second half.
