The Western Academic Boosters will have 2013 SENIOR yard signs available for purchase this year for a cost of $15.00 per sign.
If you would like to order a sign (or multiple signs), please complete the portion below, and place it in an envelope to: "Western Academic Boosters- Senior Sign." Please include payment with your order form.
